Order Handling Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, additional handling time may apply. Please note that handling time refers to order preparation and processing only and does not include transit or delivery time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Within Canada:

Paid Shipping: 1–7 business days estimated

Free Shipping: 5-14 business days estimated

  • United States and International: 5–30 Days (United States shipping is suspended.)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, parcel size, carrier delays, and seasonal demand. Remote or rural regions may experience extended delivery times. Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or other comparable courier services at our discretion.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails multiple times or an item is held by the courier for pickup and is not claimed and subsequently shipped back, the customer is liable to cover shipping to have the item shipped out again.

Free Shipping Within Canada

Orders with a subtotal of $200 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. This service may be fulfilled through a variety of courier partners depending on destination and package size.

Please note the following exclusions and conditions:

  • Oversized or overweight items are not eligible for free shipping. If your order includes an oversized item, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate shipping adjustment.

  • Remote and northern regions, including (but not limited to) Nunavut (NU), the Northwest Territories (NWT), and portions of the Yukon (YT), may be subject to additional fees or extended delivery times.

Special Order & Pre-Order Items

Items marked as Special Order or Pre-Order are subject to separate fulfillment terms.

  • Pre-Order Items: Delivery timelines vary based on manufacturer release schedules and availability. For accurate estimates, please contact us regarding the specific item.

  • Special Order Items: These may require additional lead time. We recommend contacting us prior to purchase for current availability and shipping estimates.

Customs, Tariffs & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from Canada. Customers outside of Canada are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
